The reason was that some amount from his fees was pending, according to the accounts department. Whereas my father has paid the entire amount of two years altogether.

@RojasLabKSU Reminded me of one of our professors back in the third semester who taught this particular course i absolutely loved learning. Mailed her letting her know how at the beginning of the sem i had no interest in the subject and by the end of the sem i was intrigued to learn more.
