As we recognize the Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women, I was honoured to join Minister @Charmomof5 at @PCAWA1’s 6th annual vigil for victims of gender based violence, from the 14 women at École Polytechnique in 1989, to three women in Peel earlier this year.
Today marks the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women

The campaign urges residents to speak up, challenge harmful myths, & stand together against family & intimate partner violence, while reminding survivors that help & supports are available
