here's the playbook in 6 steps:

step 1 → pick one recurring workflow with a measurable finish - if you can't name what "done" looks like, you have a chat, not a loop

step 2 → give every bot a persona, not a task - a task-bound agent gets rebuilt for every new loop, a persona gets pointed at one

step 3 → put memory between the turns - it lives in S3 and survives weeks, which is the only reason turn two knows what turn one did

step 4 → let the trigger restart it - time, message, or incident. one run scheduled its own check-in at 11:46pm, came back when the work landed, then turned the routine off

step 5 → verify with evidence, not assertions - the QA bot records video of the front end and screenshots the network inspector. this is why a bot needs its own computer

step 6 → write the stop condition in plain language - never do X, always allow Y. a loop without one isn't autonomous, it's unsupervised

the result: corrections become skills, so the loop that runs tomorrow is not the loop that ran today - the human moves from router to supervisor and sits on the edge of the cycle

OpenAI is run by a clown who converted a non-profit into a for-profit and everyone's leaving.

Anthropic went from not existing 4 years ago to getting a 2T valuation or something? but they have no infrastructure and have to go borrow and lease computers to train their models.

SpaceXAI is part of SpaceX, one of the most elite groups of physical world engineers and atom movers in all of history. They're also big homies with Tesla, another team of some of the greatest physical world engineers and atom movers in all of history. Tesla also happens to have the best real-world AI team and the best real-world AI consumer product on the market.

Together, they can pipe intelligence into physical products and build an ecosystem for AI while their competitors have to go around asking people to let them borrow a computer to train their expensive models on.

I can't believe the moment we've come to today. Total underdog story from xAI, but here we are. They have a great model, just released a viral AI product, are about to fuck your face off with Grok 4.7, and they've got all the momentum in the world.
