The Whistleblower Who Caught Howard Lutnick Lying About Epstein Is Dead

This is not a coincidence you are required to swallow.

The cabal of billionaire pedophiles tied to Trump and Jeffrey Epstein is not going to be fully known until the complete, unredacted Epstein files are released.

Simon Andriesz, the British banker who dug Howard Lutnick's initials out of the Epstein files and handed the mess to House Oversight, is dead. The webzine, The Banker, says suicide. He was 57. He had worked under Lutnick at a Cantor Fitzgerald company. He is the man who found the emails Lutnick would rather you forget.

Andriesz searched the Justice Department's Epstein dump for "HWL," because Cantor people liked to hide behind initials. What he pulled out wrecked the story Lutnick had been selling: that he cut Epstein off in 2005 after one look at a massage table. The files showed otherwise. A 2012 lunch on Little St. James with Lutnick's wife and children. Business overlap on a startup called Adfin. Epstein emailing the HWL account in 2018 to ask what he thought of the company's prospects. Lutnick told Congress that, to the best of his knowledge, he only learned this year that Epstein had been an investor. The Commerce Department's line was that there was no evidence of wrongdoing. Andriesz's finding was that the commerce secretary had been lying about a child sex trafficker he stayed in business with.

A man exposes a sitting commerce secretary's lies and buried dealings with Jeffrey Epstein, the secretary is forced to walk back his own timeline, and weeks later the whistleblower is dead and the official explanation is suicide. Draw your own conclusion. Just don't pretend the pattern is subtle.

Загальний річний план видатків усіх тимчасово окупованих громад України становить майже 14 мільярдів гривень.
• Великі міські громади (наприклад, Енергодарська, Мелітопольська, Бердянська) мають найбільші кошториси, які можуть сягати від десятків до сотень мільйонів гривень на всю громаду загалом.
• Окремі невеликі міські чи селищні адміністрації безпосередньо на своє утримання (заробітні плати апарату, оренду релокованих офісів, оргтехніку) витрачають у середньому від 2 до 6 мільйонів гривень на рік. Наприклад, в окремих невеликих громадах на утримання виконкому міськради виділяється близько 5,9 млн грн, а на саму військову адміністрацію — близько 2 млн грн на рік.
Оскільки податкові надходження на окупованих територіях практично зупинилися (вони забезпечують лише близько 10-11% доходу за рахунок релокованого бізнесу чи сплати ПДФО), поонад 84% бюджету окупованих міст покривається прямими трансфертами з державного бюджету України.
Бюджети громад в евакуації працюють у режимі «бюджетів виживання». Витрати спрямовуються на утримання керівництва та спеціалістів адміністрацій (заробітні плати апарату, оренду офісів, оргтехніку).
Середня заробітна плата очільників релокованих громад (які працюють у статусі начальників міських військових адміністрацій) становить від 50 000 до 100 000+ гривень на місяць.

Simon Andriesz @SAndriesz has died. He took his own life this week, while staying at a trauma treatment centre, the same place he had gone to try to survive what years of fighting had done to him.

I wrote the piece below about him at the start of August. We last spoke on 13 August. Reading my own words back now feels different. Heavier. I did not know then that this would be the last chapter.

Simon gave me his story directly. The embezzlement he uncovered, the fraud he reported, the heart attacks, the police complaints, the years @TheFCA spent doing almost nothing while his life fell apart around him.

He handed the CFTC and HMRC enough to secure real fines. He handed the BBC enough for a full documentary.

And still the one regulator that was supposed to protect him let him carry all of it alone for 7 years.

He was one of the most credible people I have ever spoken to. Everything he told me checked out. And he still ended up broken by the very system meant to catch people like him when they fell.

I am angry writing this. Angry that a man this capable, this thorough, this willing to hand over evidence and testimony for years, was left to fight completely alone until he could not fight anymore.

Simon Andriesz deserved better. Rest in peace.

Simon Andriesz is the British banker who revealed to the FBI Lutnick’s business association with Epstein.

Howard Lutnick (who miraculously survived 9/11 and got a massive insurance payout) lied about never going to the Island and cutting ties with his good friend, co-investor and business associate Jeffery Epstein, who was also his neighbour…

Trump, of course, hired Lutnick as his commerce secretary where he made billions for his company by insider trading on the tariff discounts. Billions paid for by all of us through higher prices btw.

There are a few reasons this is so infuriating:

1: Projection
ISW is a high level aggregator whose only purpose is to take other people's work and rebrand it as their own. Because that is their internal workflow, they project it onto everyone else. They assume the entire internet is just copying and rebranding other people's posts, and never truly and genuinely accepting that there is, ultimately, a person who is actually doing the work.

2: Brand Preservation
The ISW depends on everyone viewing them as an authority. Admitting that their conclusions rely entirely on the manual verification of a single independent analyst on twitter undermines their brand value. So they have to somehow diminish the work of the people they are stealing from. Calling primary sources "osint aggregators" is an active attempt to diminish and delegitimize the manual labor of those they depend on, and reposition themselves as the authority.

Since the very beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, she has supported Ukraine. Not just with words, but with real action.
In March 2022, during those terrifying first weeks of the war, she donated $10 MILLION to help Ukrainian refugees.
Ten million dollars.
And that was just one contribution among many.
That same month, she donated $3.8 BILLION to 465 nonprofit organizations, several of which were also involved in helping Ukrainians.
Since 2019, she has given away more than $26.3 BILLION to charitable causes.
Just think about the scale of that. These numbers are almost impossible to comprehend.
And yet there are no grand speeches, no endless self-promotion, no attempts to turn generosity into a personal PR campaign.
She has written that she wants the focus to be not on wealthy donors, but on the people and organizations actually fighting injustice — on those who need help, rather than those who give it.
That says a great deal about a person.
MacKenzie Scott has shown that extraordinary wealth can also come with extraordinary generosity. ❤️
