Really love this resource! With parents aging and people with Down syndrome living longer than ever, siblings are being looked to more and more to become caregivers - a huge role to fill. #CaregiverSupport
“I have lived with discrimination for part of my life. When I was young, and growing up, I was bullied because of my disability. But now I can use that voice, from the child that I was, to be heard, louder and louder. I can shout it on the top of a building or off a mountain, bigger than the UN so that persons with disabilities are included at the table." - Nicholas Herd speaking at the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the UN Headquarters in New York
Very proud to see our friend Nicholas Herd representing our community on the international stage! We are lucky to work alongside such a passionate leader. #SelfAdvocacy

Tuesday night, Doug and Brennan had a rockin good time at Budweiser stage in Toronto. REO Speedwagon, Styx and Loverboy performed and all 3 acts were awesome. Doug's favorite tune was "working for the weekend" and Brennan did some air guitar to Styx. What a fun night!
