Workers come in(vetted), pay taxes, social security, etc and go home when the seasons over? It makes no sense to allow companies to not fill these positions. Even with my visas this year we still need 12 more full time workers and can’t find them!!

H2b is by design American 1st. I think a returning worker exemption makes sense, I think e-verify is fine too, and huge penalties for hiring illegals. I would love to hire 29 Americans tomorrow, problem is they don’t apply! If Americans don’t want these jobs why not allow temp.

Seasonal businesses prefer local workers, however, local workers do not want to work for seasonal only businesses. I don’t blame them. They have year round bills that need to be paid. So we r forced to seek other options: the #h2b visa lottery program. #saveh2b Release the visas.

Let go of 300+ lawn customers because of no #saveh2b workers. 1 american guy quit because of stress. Now down to 2 men with enough for 13+ men. College kid was a no call, no show on saturday. I cant make this stuff up. Give us our damn workers! #saveh2b
