Found two mispers yesterday - young teens... both had snorted ecstasy. Both needed an ambulance due to ECG abnormalities. Both of them went from being very cocky to very scared little kids. Hopefully they’re now on the mend 🤞😏

The news coming from the Old Bailey about #PCHarper is sickening. I hope they rot. No one... and I mean NO ONE deserves that. I cannot begin to imagine what he went through. I close my eyes tonight thinking of his colleagues and family 💙💔

Talked a man down last night during my shift from jumping in the water after he gave all his possessions to a member of the public. The look in his eyes was haunting. He’s now in the care of mental health services. #ItsOkNotToBeOk
