@TranslinkMetro please tell me who decides when a service is cancelled. Today I was waiting at Tillysburn Park waiting for the 1604 service to Donegall Square. The bus disappeared down the bypass! No concern for your customers. Poor service

@sainsburys a right mess at Holywood Exchange with no manned tills on a Saturday morning until approximately 10am. The new auto toll area does NOT suit your early customers. The use the Smart phone app also doesn’t suit most customers especially those who DON’T have a Smartphone.

@belfastairport at least 100 customers in the easyjet check in Q. Only 2 check in operators and that includes the easyjet + customers. Pretty poor service

@BBCNI a wee update on the GCSE results Saintfield High school did not issue the results to their year 11 pupils just tear 12. The year 11’s are getting them tomorrow which is ridiculous!!
