@relations7334 Paul someone phoned me while boarding today’s flight. These are the details. Booking ref NTNGNG. Row 16 booked on both flights FR7121 on 3/11/25 and FR5556 on 17/11/25. Passengers are Eric Allen & Avril Allen. Your website shows extra legroom on these flights are rows 16&17.

Bag drop machine at @british_airways Heathrow T5 didn’t issue a bag receipt, twice in 12 days the bag didn’t get on the BA aircraft. baggage help line can’t help me as I don’t have a baggage receipt. I can see the bag at T5A. Just put it on the next flight to Belfast City.
Take 2 @British_Airways arrived in Orlando and like most golfers on my flight golf clubs are still in Gatwick. Clubs checked in 3 hours before the flight should have checked them in last week!
