@torontobigface 问题是每年自愿入伍的人数已经超过了每年的征兵目标啊，韩国每个人都得服兵���而且也确实落实到了所有人头上是因为人少啊。中国和韩国一样理论上每个人都得服兵役，但是因为自愿入伍的人太多了所以不需要啊，不知道你在讲什么。。
