Men have absolutely no idea what the majority of good women find attractive. The world is not a fucking MMO, you cannot min/max. Height? Income? Women are fucking psychic bro, they don't care about the color of your tailfeathers.
Coked up degenerates in religious psychosis get laid or have more loving relationships than you because that freak is living from his own center. You aren't. It does not matter that it is destructive or insane. It is his destruction, his own insanity. He is free and untamed, you do tricks learned from 4chan, Reddit, Tumblr, Discord, and whatever other nonsensical hive of rejects like a crippled circus elephant. Just be yourself. Just, be, yourself. In Buddhism there is a concept of the 'original face', it is who you were before you were born, before anything was imprinted on you, before you inherited all of the karma of circumstances. Most men walk around a compartmentalized mess wondering why they feel like they are going crazy, wondering why creating more masks don't seem to resolve their misery. The drug addict, the criminal, the schizo, the artist, they've at least glimpsed at their original face, even if through a cracked mirror. That 'glimpse', that's 'it'. That's swag. Women are not attracted to confidence. They are attracted to those who exist, who inhabit reality, their own reality, not just a mirage that is shambled through whilst following another person's script. The norse concept is called 'hamingja', the power that radiates from people when they are aligned with their fate, their doom, their wyrd. It was said to be impossible to fake, it was the electricity of one who had found their true wyrd and was living it unashamedly. Warriors would switch sides midbattle to follow someone with stronger hamingja, women do the same thing.
What makes Achilles attractive is that he chose his own life, his own dharma, over a long an mediocre one. This is what women are attracted to. It is not that his life was glorious and that he was great, that is merely a consequence of him following his dharma. The Greeks called this 'thumos', the part of the soul that desires recognition and autonomy. Contemporary society destroys this in men, and it is a great shame, replacing it with domesticated "good behavior".
Imagine two guys, both NEETs
"I don't work because I don't want to"
"I don't work and I hate myself for it"
The first one has 'it', the latter does not.
a man being submissive bc it turns him on = alpha
a man being submissive cus he has emotional issues and feels bad = cringe and beta
a man who is not working cus he doesnt want to work = alpha
a man who is not working and feels like a failure cus of it = beta idiot
an ugly man who doesnt give a fuck and owns it = alpha
an ugly man who cares about it and is clearly insecure = into the mines
like a man who slaves away bc he wants to get enough money to cash out = alpha
a man who slaves away bc thats just how he was raised and slaving away gives him a sense of worth = beta idiot
Men struggle with realizing that women are attracted to internal motivations not external realities
you can have 100 men and on paper they're all the same but 50 are internalized and 50 are externalized and women will overwhelmingly go for the ones who are internalized even if you made it like so the internalized men are less wealthy and less attractive. You can be the most submissive effeminate man in the world and still have big dick alpha mode energy if its because YOU want it. You can be broke, ugly, awkward, whatever, that which is authentically yours will work without effort. Sure some people wont like you, in fact many people might not, but this increases the quality, you get someone who will love you authentically, and will not grow disappointed with you. The second you're doing ANYTHING because of some external pressure, because someone told you this is what women want. You're already fucked dawg. You're gone. You're a spirit. And women can see spirits. Most men these days have "the sickness unto death", they are so fucking alienated that they have become hungry ghosts, walking dead. That's most men these days, and we all know it to be true. Women evolved for millions of years to detect genetic fitness, you think they cannot smell spiritual rot? That uncanny feeling they get around you is their soul recognizing that you don't have one.
The "nice guy" is not nice, it is a simulacrum of niceness because he believes courtesy to be currency. When the social vending machine doesn't dispense pussy for masturbation, he rages, and post about how women are evil online. An actual nice person is nice because that is who they are. Women are keen about this difference, they can tell, they've likely been dealing with creepy freaks their entire lives.
You -want- it to be about your height, your jaw, your money, your dick size because deep inside you know that those absolve you of responsibility, it lets you tell the story of "its not my fault". Oh, but it is your fault. Yet this hurts, you cannot admit that you've been spiritually neutered by society and you're walking around like an NPC following dialogue trees and working on algebraic logic. That would mean you need to actually do something hard, that means that you need to dig your soul out from the shallow grave that you shot it into. Most men are doing all of these assortment of things for reasons that are not their own, working jobs they hate for approval they do not even want, being nice to avoid conflict, lifting weights because internet man told them to, every single move calculated for external validation. You are the last man! Comfortable, safe, optimized for intra-male social approval, and completely spiritually castrated. "We have invented happiness" you say, yet women yearn for Zarathustra, for the one who creates his own world. This is why every girl has a story about falling for some insane artist or musician who lived in a van. He may have been bonkers, sure, but he was ALIVE!
Wanna know why artists musicians druggies and criminals can find love and you cannot? It is not because women are stupid or that they love suffering and danger. It is because those men, despite all of their flaws, are living from their own center, and that is the single most attractive thing to many women that a man can do. They see the -potential- in them, where those who are successful on paper yet have no -potential- lack. One would be able to survive apocalypse, the women thinks, the other would not. Those men's destructive lifestyles are authentic, your safe lifestyle is performative. Tristian and Isolde did not fall in love because Tristian was a good provider or that he was tall and handsome, though he very well may have been, they drank a love potion, but what was the potion really to us? The dissolution of social identity. They were no longer knight and queen, just raw meeting raw. That is what women want, not the social role you are playing, but what happens when all those roles dissolve. Tristian chose love and death over a safe life. That choice echoes in the blood of every woman.
A jobless philosopher who genuinely does not give a fuck about money is infinitely more attractive than an insecure beta banker who hates his life but likes his stupid BMW. The philosopher owns his reality, the banker is owned by it. Diogenes lived in a clay pot and told Alexander the Great to go fuck himself, and yet Alexander himself said "If I were not I, I would want to be Diogenes". Women understand the difference between authentic power over performed power.
Women are not attracted to what you have, they're attracted to why you have it. They can smell the difference between:
money earned from passion vs money earned from fear
muscles built from joy vs muscles built from insecurity
kindness from love vs kindness from manipulation
intelligence deployed freely vs intelligence performed for approval
Every woman has PhD in reading the gap between who you are and who you are pretending to be. The only person you are fooling is yourself. This is evolutionary, for millions of years picking the wrong mate meant death, not only for her, but her offspring as well. Women have been equipped with exquisite detection for the difference between real strength and performed strength, real resources and borrowed ones, real protection and fake bravado. Their ancestors who could not tell the difference aren't anyone's ancestors because they never reproduced. The ones left are survivors who can smell authenticity like sharks smell blood.
"She's trying to change me" No you fucking moron, she sees your potential and she loves you. When you're just hunting, women love your chaos. When they love you, they want you alive and healthy, you've already passed the mate fitness ritual, you're in, for now. Men who cannot handle this are simply telling on themselves, they only process relationships as zero sum power struggles because they've never experienced real love and care. Read the fucking Iliad. When Achilles loses Patroclus he crashes the fuck out. Sobbing screaming refusing to eat. The greatest warrior who ever lived we are told this. Yet this reveals something inherently true, real strength includes the capacity for authentic and radical vulnerability. You can only be wrecked by loss if you were grounded in the first place. Modern men are so defended against pain that they've become defended against love.
Women want to know you could be a thing. Could. Not that you are one, not even that you are trying to be one. Just that the potential exists, latent, in your being. That if the world needed it, if -she- needed it, you could rise. Why do women still love Genghis Khan 800 years later? Read his biography. Orphaned, enslaved, betrayed, left for dead. He had every right to be the world's ultimate doomer, your life is not even a fraction as terrible as his was. He said fuck karma and rewrote history. He did not start trying to conquer the world though, his conquest began with his conquest of surviving on his own terms, his conquest was merely what happens when someone with infinite will meets infinite opposition. Women smell that potential in you, and its absence.
You must have what in Buddhism is called the 'beginner's mind', a mind with no preconceptions. Every women is unconsciously asking "If civilization collapsed could this man create his own place or would he just die?" This hypothetical reveals who is running on their own power versus those who have simply plugged themselves into the social matrix. It is not possible to fake potential, you cannot perform it. It either exists because you've maintained your inner light, or it doesn't because you try so hard to be what others want you to be.
Stop asking "what do women want". Ask yourself, "what do I want". And I mean really, really want. Not what you think you should want, not what you are programmed to want, not what would impress your parents, strangers on the internet, or your friends. What do YOU want? Most of you have truly no fucking clue. You're attracted to women who look like instragram or tiktok girls because that is what you are supposed to want, you're pursuing careers that make you want to kill yourself because that is just how life is. You are performing a veneer of confidence because that is how people online said it works. Sartre called this nonsense "bad faith" pretending that you have no choice either which way to avoid the even more terrifying responsibility of freedom. Every "I have to" or "I must" is a lie you tell to yourself. You could choose to be homeless tomorrow, pursue your passion, but you do not, our of fear, which is fine, but stop pretending like it is not a choice, it is a choice, one that you are actively making every single day. Women sense bad faith like animals may sense earthquakes, both relate to fundamental structural instability.
Be real or die. Not real like "bro I'm just being honest" when you're being a dick. Real like aligned, grounded, centered, integrated. Real like your outside matches your inside and your actions reveals your desires. In the past they used to say that when a man's wordhoard was misaligned from his deedhoard that they would lose their wyrd, and with that, their luck. Most men's words and deeds are completely disconnected to the point where the majority of men may have a stronger case of DID than most people online saying they have it. You say you want adventure but choose security, you say you value freedom but build cages to live in. This disconnect is what makes you invisible to others, you're not whole and thus cannot be seen. Your careful externally maintained sanity is likely the most insane thing about you.
Let me be clear, we've been talking about 'what women want' but this is not about women, this is about being a fucking human being, about being alive. This is about YOU. The women part is just what naturally happens when you decide to stop being a ghost and step into being a human.
@hxxntrr So I followed your doc: "how to legally rob the banks" and I applied for the amex and they asked to connect to my bank. After that, declined. Help your peeps, what do you need to differently. Experian 782
They aren't just buying houses. They are dismantling the American Dream, piece by piece, with a playbook so sinister it would make a Bond villain blush.
A few weeks ago, BlackRock allegedly bought 50,000 homes. Then, they sold three to themselves for more than double the price.
Your neighbor's home value just "doubled" overnight. Congratulations. Now you can't afford the property taxes to live there anymore.
This isn't an accident. It's a calculated corporate heist. Here is their step-by-step playbook:
STEP 1: THE HUNT
They use algorithms and vast data to identify stable, middle-class neighborhoods with untapped "growth potential." These are your tree-lined streets, your good schools, your community.
STEP 2: THE BLITZKRIEG
They show up with unlimited corporate cash. They don't need mortgages. They offer 20%, 30%, even 50% above asking price. Imagine you list your home. A young family makes an offer. Then a corporate entity swoops in and says, "We'll pay $100k more, in cash." The family never stood a chance. The community is gutted before the "For Sale" signs even come down.
STEP 3: THE SQUEEZE
Regular families are now permanently priced out. How do you compete with a bottomless wallet? You don't. The dream of homeownership is extinguished on your own street.
STEP 4: THE ILLUSION
Once they control a critical mass of homes, the real magic happens. They sell a handful of properties to shell companies they already own. It's a game of three-card monte, but with the roof over your head.
STEP 5: THE NEW "REALITY"
Those fake, inflated sales to themselves are now logged in public records. Suddenly, a $300,000 home is "worth" $700,000. This becomes the new, fraudulent "market rate."
STEP 6: THE FINAL NAIL - THE TAX TRAP
This is where they force you out. Your property taxes are reassessed and TRIPLE based on their fake sales. The elderly couple on a fixed income, who paid off their home 20 years ago, can't afford $15,000 a year in taxes. The young family that scraped together a down payment is now house-poor.
THE ULTIMATE INSULT: YOU WILL OWN NOTHING, AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY TO RENT FROM THEM.
They created the problem. They priced you out. And now, they become your landlord. The mortgage payment would have been $1,800. Your new rent to them is $2,500. You are now a permanent tenant in your own neighborhood, funding the very machine that evicted you.
This isn't capitalism. It's a hostile takeover of the foundational pillar of American life. It's financial warfare against the middle class.
You own a section of land. ±640 ac.
Historically cropland. Corn and soys.
You want to improve your soil health.
NRCS-types recommends you to no-till/strip-till, add small grains and cover crops where possible to meet conservation crop rotation, and they also want you to adopt nutrient (and pest) management concepts, which gives you 4/5 key soil health practices.
A nice change. Will take 4-5 years to make it through the transition, but it’s doable and after year 4 you’ll be off and running. Your weed pressures and management level has changed - it’s perhaps more mental now than reputations labor, but it can work. You’ll generally see small annual increases in your soil organic matter, and overtime you’ll see the positive changes in your soil.
But I think we need to get to the next level. Sure, we have a hard enough time selling people on the concepts above, but what about this:
You skip the massive equipment. You break your 1/4 sections into 80’s or even 40’s again, and you fence the entire thing. You put a well in the middle (or as close to it as you can), and you fence in access to water for every field. You might plant shelter belts/windbreaks again. You design it so you now have 8-16 new fields and now you really start designing.
Now, instead of 4 opportunities in a given year to grow a good crop, you have 8+. But instead of keeping all the fields cropped, you pick 2 of your 80 acre fields and you plant them to pasture in the fall of Year 0.
Year 1, you’re grazing 160 acres, and aftermath grazing 480 acres. You’re figuring out your new management, and you’re hiring a few local folks (maybe your family) to help manage it all.
You carry on until year 10. In that year, you till up one of the pastures (you hire a high school kid with a good back to do that job), and meanwhile you’re planting another 80 into pasture again. You leave the other established pasture in and you keep managing it for another ten years.
That’s 20 years total. A generation. And now it’s time to reap what you’ve sown in the soil, and you till it and put it back into cropland until the next cycle. You keep doing this every 10 years, cycling the 20 year pasture out, keeping the 10 year pasture in, and you keep moving this system around, but the entire time you’re fertilizing your entire 640 and you’re ensuring production for every generation that follows.
You’re also hedging your bets every single year. You have grains and cattle. You have perennials and annuals, but you’re always growing and always building soils, heavily so on at least 25% and slightly so on the rest.
But you’re managing a nearly complete system. You can’t hardly fuck this up. You’re building a model, a legacy, and it’s for today, tomorrow, and for 100 years from now, too.
I’d argue we should do this with half our acres - planning and rotating pastures as much as any crop - and managing your herd in a way that mimics nature - with migration patterns that existed way before people were people.
This is my ultimate goal. For now we’ll keep building our 10 acre farmstead and we’ll work to find the opportunity to find our 640 (the real size doesn’t matter), but we have enough cropland in America that 546,875 (350m ac / 640 ac) farms could do this tomorrow, and the country would be better off for it.
Grain prices would be higher with 25% of the cropland put back to pasture. Cattle would be higher because people would be buying to start their herds. Jobs would be available in and around your communities. Families would have opportunities. Rural schools would be filled. Main Street would be busy. A local butcher shop might open up. The local farmers markets would be busier. And our roads and bridges would be fixed with the increased tax base.
Some say this is crazy or utopian, but it’s doable. This isn’t crazy. It’s achievable . This could be incentivized through USDA policy, and enhanced with anti-trust - breaking up any entities that fight it.
Enjoy the day! 🇺🇸
Godspeed.
The Truth About Parasites
What if germ theory assumed nonsense extends to parasites?
Just because something is present at the place of disease, does not mean it is the cause.
It is in fact, profoundly unscientific to assume so. And when you look into the science of parasites and bacteria - huge, frail assumptions are littered around.
What if these organisms exist in the body to clean up cellular debris, decrease toxicity, or help correct an imbalance?
“Parasites exist because we are toxic. They feed on toxins the body cannot expel.” - paraphrased from Aajonus Vonderplanitz.
He said that some parasites can eat many times their weight in toxic heavy metals - this is a good thing.
Why are these organisms (as well as bacteria blamed for illness) present in people that have no symptoms?
In adherence with scientific exploration, one must then assume that the presence of these organisms alone cannot be the cause of the disease.
Scam science backtracks and calls this scenario an "asymptomatic host". Does this remind you of anything they said in the 2020 era? Asymptomatic transmission?
The fact remains that Koch’s postulates have never been fulfilled for alleged parasitic diseases.
Rather than indiscriminately taking a toxic drug or even "holistic parasite cleanse", seek to understand why they are there.
It is more likely that your body is seeking a return to balance and health through the tools available to it, including microorganisms.
The mechanism is parasites eating dead/bruised tissue and waste matter, just like they do in the natural world outside of your body.
We have been seeing the rise of mainstream mentioned "alternative" medications that "big pharma doesn't want you to take" which are just another side of the same coin.
You cannot nuclear bomb the body's natural systems, while continuing the lifestyle and diet factors that lead you into that health state of disease and expect a good lasting result.
As always, give your body the ability to regenerate itself through a better relationship to foods, removal of toxicity and a return to natural living.
If your system is clean, waste and toxins are being removed regularly, you're eating healthily and living in alignment with nature, then there is less of a need for cleanup organisms to be there.
There is more to this story, but the principles remain: the medical industries profit when you fear your own body.
Our bodies and nature are the greatest healer, and the innate wisdom of it will always return us to health in whatever way it knows how.
To think that we need a man-made chemical in order to attack and kill what our own bodies are doing in order to be healthy, is foolish and misguided.
Healing for any disease can occur independent of parasite or bacteria killing treatments.
Someone is trying to radicalize us. And yes they’re trying to radicalize both sides against each other. And it’s working. And there doesn’t seem to be any way to stop it other than turning off your phone and your tv (if you still have one), and going outside to hang out with real flesh and blood people.
They keep feeding us the most horrible versions of each other. The algorithms are. But who makes the algos? Who REALLY benefits from us being at each other’s throats?
If you let the algos convince you the other side is evil then you have been psyopped.
Yes, there are evil people, but most people are not. We’re letting ourselves be defined by the absolute worst examples at the extremes. That’s what they keep showing us on every news channel and every social media feed. The worst of the worst. It’s all designed to foment us into anger and self destruction. I don’t know why exactly—could be as simple as divide and conquer. It probably is.
Don’t swallow the psyop.

Making a life instead of making a living.
Who has inspired you in this direction?
Tents are ridiculously more efficient than houses, even for a premium canvas tent you're looking at <$5/sqft, compared to hundreds for building a new house. Even accounting for the tent's short lifespan it's still cheap. And many people actually enjoy living in tent cities, so much so that they pay to do it at festivals and burns. It does require some lifestyle adaptations, but I wonder if the real reason it isn't more common is not that people aren't up for it but that it's illegal in most places near work opportunities.
I imagine it could make a huge economic impact if we allocated land for tent cities and shantytowns near urban transit, allowing young folks to work, live simply, and save up to buy a house. I like the Hickman plan for bootstrapping by living under a tarp by the river and working in restaurant kitchens, but how much more attractive would it be without the constant stress of dodging the law and the eyes of upstanding citizens who might call the law on you? Shared sanitation facilities could be provided at a fraction of the cost of individual dwellings. It might even start to repair the social fabric.
Lifestyle inflation happened, that's it.
If you wanted to live the 1950 version of this that our grandfathers actually lived, you still could very easily.
You'd just be in Iowa or Ohio or whatever. No $1k smartphones or central A/C; no trips to Prague, no top-20 cities. Eating at restaurants maybe just a few times a year. Only one car instead of two, and at that, the cheapest car you can buy (Mitsubishi Mirage?). The house you buy could be $50k, but it will be 800 square feet, "outdated," and you'll need to put some elbow grease into it, like grandad did.
You might live somewhere really flat and boring, with long winters, far from where you grew up. You might marry the first decent gal you could find at the local church, and she probably won't look like a model. Your kids won't be going to expensive SAT prep classes, nor will they be jetting all over the state for Soccer sectionals or joining the ski team. Christmas gifts will consist of things like oranges, candy canes, socks, and maybe a new bike from Wal-Mart. The kids' "extracurriculars" will consist of riding bikes to the river to skip rocks, or building snowmen in the yard.
You'll work at the municipal water plant in Newton Iowa, or be an assistant manager at the Love's truck stop in Bismarck, ND. Maybe start a highway line striping company in Ponca City Oklahoma. It's not gonna be some glamorous white-collar work-from home kind of thing.
Vacations? Sure, take an old canvas tent and a cooler full of bologna sandwiches up to the national forest land in Indiana or up in Michigan and go camping for a week every year. Crack open a few Old Milwaukees; maybe smoke a Dutch Master's and turn the radio on. It's not gonna be a European odyssey or a tropical getaway in Tahiti every year..
The wife can stay at home too, that's for sure. Making cheap crockpot meals from whatever's on sale at Aldi's, mending your work shirts, teaching the kids to read and sing hymns. It's more than doable.
But if you've GOT to have all the newfangled extras and just CAN'T live in a place that is "boring" or "cold" or work a job that is "low status", and have an endless princely list of "needs" -- yup, the revised, redone, totally different version of the American Dream (a version your grandpa never lived) will be out of reach.
When you find it's out of reach, you'll ask: What happened? Lifestyle inflation happened. You fell for a bunch of stupid marketing. Your grandad is facepalming in heaven, wondering what the hell is wrong with you, because the life he lived is now even easier to attain than it was back in his day!
Ray Peat noted that energy depletion causes cell stiffness, leading to degenerative changes like inflammation, tissue calcification, fibrosis, and disorganized cell movement. This constant stress prioritizes self-preservation, thereby reducing the organism's ability to exhibit higher chivalric virtues, such as courage, honesty, and loyalty.
In Arthurian romance, a key theme is the prioritization of personal ambition over the kingdom's greater good, leading to both individual and collective structural downfall. The narrative suggests that self-preservation often stems from a selfish desire for glory. When individuals sacrifice their honor for personal gain, they betray the chivalric code rooted in God's love.
At the poem's beginning, the primordial Green Knight challenges King Arthur's Knights at Camelot. The young Sir Gawain remarked, "I stake my claim. This moment must be mine." In seeking glory rather than nobility, he natively defends Arthur by beheading the Green Knight, promising to accept a return blow in a year.
As he journeys to find the Green Knight, he feels the weight of his knightly duty with each trial. His armor becomes increasingly heavy and restrictive, suffocating and melding into his tissues, becoming one with his physiology. William Reich's "armored character" concept reflects the physiological defenses individuals build against life's stressors. As he depletes his energy, Gawain's heroic quest transforms into a burdensome struggle that entraps him.
In the final trial, Sir Gawain faces not just a temptation of lust but a temptation concerning life itself. He was given the opportunity to prolong his life through artificial means (Genesis 3:4). Lady Bertilak tells Gawain, "For the body which is bound within this green belt, as long as it is buckled robustly about him, will be safe against those who seek to strike him, and all the slyness on earth wouldn't see him slain."
Ray Peat observed that in the state of prolonged energy depletion, the organism will increase "the production of lactic acid," in which the loss of carbon dioxide will exaggerate "nervous stimulation (especially the excess of acetylcholine, histamine, and serotonin)." This stress reaction suppresses Gawain's consciousness and intuition, leading him to lose sight of God.
Abandoning faith and chivalric codes, he accepted the green girdle from Lady Bertilak, believing it would protect him from death, much like Judas, who accepted silver in exchange for Christ.
Self-preservation over altruism and faith reveals a fallen organism, one that chooses deceit (like Gawain with the green girdle), repeating the morphic resonance of original sin: humanity's fallen state echoing through time, forsaking God for self.
