@united delayed my flight 4hrs before canceling due to onboard computer issues, causing me an overnight stay. They just sent me a check for $16 to compensate me for the inconvenience.
.@AirCanada finally delivers a flight on time. And loses my bag in the process. If it’s not one thing, it’s the next. At some point I should take responsibility for flying an airline that is incapable of delivering a painless experience

Delay flight 1hr. Delay flight another hour. Delay flight a third hour. Cancel flight. That way you maximize inconvenience to passengers whose money you’ve already stolen
