@American_AV8R @porterstansb I can’t really disagree. In realistic terms, I think anyone with 3 violent or serious offenses should never see the light of day. Only 3 because i understand mistakes happen by good people and by juries, but not 3 times. Most crime is committed by repeat offenders.

I am all for severely punishing those convicted of violent crimes, all crimes really, but I think it sets us back as a society to threaten a whole group of people based on their skin color alone
