@AmericanAir I’ve been wildly loyal to you guys, but damn. Do better. Delay after delay, and hours, not mins. Hours of delays in the terminals, then hours delayed on the planes, then circling LGA for an hour just this Monday. 5 hr delay Wednesday. #BeBetter
