@MissRidleyPE Moved away from bibs to like sash style resistant band. Best thing we did. No complaints about the “smell”, no constant need to wash after rugby / wet weather.
To get a completely inclusive, competitive and fun day organised and run smoothly is unbelievable! But that’s what we do here at Barnwood Park School.

We then had our Sports Day & what a team that I work with.
“Making sure the curriculum is what they need it to be” loved this line and had me 🎣 student centred, context centred PE. “Removing the ego and shape PE for what the students need it to be”- PE can be adapted for the needs of the students easily. Breaking barriers.
Adaptive teaching is a term Ofsted have really latched onto over the last 5 years post covid. Apart from its obvious advantages over the more time consuming differentiation it is clear there are multiple ways of enhancing our teaching through adaptive practices.
I really want to get into reading! Aim is to ENJOY it too
