🚨Kentucky Representative @RepThomasMassie stood on the steps of the Supreme Court today and named what is actually happening.

Bayer is running a four-front war: against the executive branch, state legislatures, Congress, and the courts. The goal is liability immunity, a permanent get out of court free card for a company that has lost hundreds of millions of dollars in cancer verdicts. Massie is not giving it to them.

He and Representative Chellie Pingree have introduced the "No Immunity for Glyphosate Act," but as Massie made clear, it should not even be necessary.

The Seventh Amendment guarantees the right to a jury trial. The Tenth Amendment reserves powers to the states. The First Amendment protects the right to know what is in a product. None of those have been repealed. All of them are currently in jeopardy.

The question before the Supreme Court is whether state judges will be gagged, state juries disbanded, and state courts shuttered, with no plan to hear these cases anywhere else.

Massie called it what it is: regulatory capture. The White House chief of staff works for a lobbying firm that took money from Monsanto Bayer, and that conflict is sitting at the center of an executive order the administration is using to shield the company from accountability.

The people standing on those steps today are the answer to that.

This morning, the GOP Doctors Caucus met with John Knox, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (PDAS) at HHS’s ASPR.

During our meeting, we discussed priorities to modernize response systems, including reinforcing domestic medical supply chains and taking a more proactive, science-driven approach to studying viral families to improve readiness and treatment strategies.

We also addressed continued strain on the healthcare system—driven by capacity constraints, workforce burnout, and staffing shortages. The conversation underscored the need for modernization, workforce sustainability, and innovation to better prepare our health system for future challenges. We thank John for the critical work he is doing to strengthen national health preparedness!

Senator Brian Jones has announced and confirmed the bills update, which is it will not be moving forward at this time. “The bill may be done for now, but the fight will continue…The mandates have gone too far, and this bipartisan bill was a clear message that we need to move back to normal!”

Update on SB 1377 (Jones) with bi-partisan support from co-authors Senator Cortese and Senator Allen…First, the bill is technically still alive. It has been eligible for reconsideration since last week which can potentially lead to a revote the next time the Senate Health Committee meets tomorrow.  However, regardless, we must keep faith and tenacity, no matter what the outcome is this week.  We will know the outcome within the next 24 hours.

A final coalition letter on SB 1377 has been sent to the Senate Health Chair requesting the reconsideration of SB 1377 and reflecting the need for further conversations on this issue with all organizations. We are working with people and groups who do not agree with each other on everything but have the same unified goal for medical freedom.

In a stunning move, President Trump has nominated Dr. Erica Schwartz, a retired Coast Guard Rear Admiral, former Deputy Surgeon General, and current UnitedHealthcare executive to be the next Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

While RFK Jr. has spent the past year trying to expose vaccine injuries and restore trust in public health, Trump has chosen a doctor whose entire career has been built on promoting mass vaccination programs. Dr. Schwartz helped lead COVID testing efforts during Trump’s first term and previously wrote federal policies on pandemic flu, anthrax, and smallpox vaccinations.

Even more concerning: She currently serves as President of Insurance Solutions at UnitedHealthcare one of the largest health insurance giants in America and sits on the board of other healthcare companies.

This is not just a rejection of RFK Jr.’s agenda. This is a clear signal that Big Pharma and the traditional public health establishment are fighting back and they just got a major win inside the Trump administration.
