Arsenal are preparing for the rest of training with a reaction activity. Players sprint after the player who holds ball after shout.
Chelsea - COD Grab the Bib
⚽️ - Groups of 4 - 1 Team protects bib for 15s (can't knock ball off cone)
🌬️ - Low Intensity
🗓️ - End of Warm Up
In this activity, 3 Chelsea players hold hands and try to prevent the 4th player from grabbing the bib. Fun team building activity.
