The time has come to raise the housing investment level in this country, just as we did in the 1960s and 1980s.
We have a new report out this morning laying out just how high housing production numbers need to go—and for how many years—to dig us out of the shortage.
This is the default response to open corruption by most of American pundit class - Wiesenthal, Silver, etc. Detached, cynical quips. None of these people reacted to the massive scale of insider trading revealed just days ago. This is how a nation rots.
When you're in the back of an ambulance, every second makes a difference — and a single minute could mean the difference between life and death.
New research shows that congestion pricing sped up EMS travel times by more than a minute.
Is it unfair? Did anyone break the rules? To my understanding FIFA Disciplinary Code Chapter 4, Article 27 specifically provides guidelines for full or partial suspension of disciplinary measures, which the FIFA independent committee exercised.
What's unfair?
I obviously want the @USMNT to win against Belgium. But this seems correct to me: this would be the right thing for @balogun to do. To reject the unfair (dodgy?) intervention from @realDonaldTrump.
You can go to live in France, but you cannot become a Frenchman. You can go to live in Germany or Turkey or Japan, but you cannot become a German, a Turk, or a Japanese. But anyone, from any corner of the Earth, can come to live in America and become an American.
Too complicated. The rule should just be “offside is when at least one entire foot is in front of the defender”.
Get rid of the toe nonsense, the shoulder nonsense, everyone is happy.
Here's my suggestion for improving the offside rule:
Widen the line used to draw offside to marginally increase the buffer for what counts as level with the last defender.
This absorbs the toenail decisions with minimal disruption to general play.
