The consequences....

The Government has missed its teacher recruitment target every year since 2013.

With the only exception being the two years of global pandemic when other jobs were few and far between.

This year is worst of all.

There must be a correction on teacher pay.

Teachers, as post graduate professionals, are paid more than the national average.

But since 2010 this has declined sharply.

This has consequences....
