@AllosaurusJP If you go down the rabbit hole of this possibly connecting to JJ Abrams Cloverfield movies, people are theorizing that it's not our past but an alternate timeline/universe. Could excuse seeing familiar but visually distinct dino designs.
@DiscussingFilm Oh, so they can write him goofy but are somehow incapable of casting someone who can do something even remotely reminiscent of his iconic original voice? Still looking forward to seeing this, but the casting crew fumble hard.
@Durgan It's frequently brought up by various "abduction" survivors that they struggle to recall the event. Trying to recall what happened to them is explained as masked memories where entities are replaced with animals(owls usually) ufos replaced with houses. Imperfect false memories.
@Tierra100able_ "Wouldn't it" he starts that sentence with a supposition. Proof of sentient life won't be released via movie. He would become the richest man in the world off ticket sales if so. He'd be silenced before profiting that much off the biggest moment in human history.
@RedPandaKoala I was excited until that last trailer made it clear the majority of the movie will be mib chasing two people, and the aliens are pretty much just a background McGuffin for an action/chase movie...fully prepared for >5-10 minutes of actual aliens/ufos. Fingers crossed I'm wrong...
@zerowontmiss Even in the comics, he just doesn't give a shit. His "power" was always just his innate ability to read people. He knows how they work and how to manipulate them.
@manumanito Except in every "abduction" survivor story, it's not a disguise. Memories are filled in with familiar things in place of otherworldly places or entities. Like the house in the trailer with the animals approaching is probably a ship the main character is remembering as a house.
@alexriesart Came across two of these dudes taking a break from ramming into coral to headbutt one another, generating a bright flash each time. Looking forward to more creatures having natural interactions like these! My favorite so far just for their realistic behavior. Lil aqua rams.
@Meelsie143 When Sony made profit off the design. I fully believe it's because they couldn't legally use the spider logo on him, so they went overboard with textures and veins to compensate. Fun movie, poor design.
@knshtyk Deepwing Brooder Leviathans. They drop hundreds of bubbles with the chance of a few eggs. The bubbles pop when approached, but the slightly larger eggs can be picked up and used as food.
@Subnautica Add killing but add a hidden kill limit, so everything starts actively hunting down the players who abuse it. Have them also target vehicles and buildings, and the only way to reset their aggro is starting a new save file. Killing a Laviathan should automatically trigger it.
@Pirat_Nation I beat the early release, and that resparked my interest in starting over on the first game. The most noticeable thing is that you're only in danger if you're unprepared or not paying attention to your surroundings. Most dangerous creatures are easily avoidable.
@alexriesart Sorry for chugging your children. My personal headcanon is that we just milk them for a drinkable water source and let them go filter some more. I refuse to believe they come to any harm.
@AdnaanJnr He could see the tentacles inside of Butcher. Seeing a face on the back of her skull isn't a stretch. He also has an army of psychics. If he wasn't told by Ashley or Sage, he would've found out from them.
