It's time to grant Indian bank employees a 5-day work week to promote their well-being and job satisfaction! #Approve5DayBankingNow https://t.co/k9ecObXI2a
The commitment for a 5-day workweek in banking has been pending for far too long.
This is about dignity, health, and sustainable performance.
Honour it. Notify it. Implement it.

The time has come for bank employees in India to enjoy a 5-day working week, just like their counterparts in RBI and LIC! #Approve5DayBankingNow https://t.co/jqhxbApDeY
A rested workforce serves the public better. With staff shortages and rising stress, 5-day banking is a service-quality issue, not a “perk.” UFBU has pursued this since 2015; IBA has recommended it to the Government (MoU 07-12-2023), and it’s included in the 12th Bipartite/9th Joint Note (08-03-2024), pending clearances.
Let’s finish what’s already agreed.

Hitler told, put peple in such a pathetic conditn they won't think anythg but only to survive. We are fighting for job, bread n butter, Democratic right,we can't even think of d poison in air we are inhaling.
Recruitment freeze & rising outsourcing weaken the permanent workforce.
Mergers shrink rural reach instead of expanding inclusion.
Private-sector professionals placed at top posts bring a profit-over-people mindset.
Each move chips away at the public in PSB
