Our expertise crisis in a nutshell: Harvard's absurd study 'showing' that red meat causes diabetes.
Type 2 diabetes is DEFINED as high blood sugar. What spikes blood sugar? CARBOHYDRATES (sugars, starches). What doesn't spike blood sugar? MEAT
Why did Harvard even bother to do a weak, associational study looking at iron and diabetes, when we already know what causes diabetes? Moreoever, there are multiple randomized, controlled clinical trials showing that T2 diabetes can be reversed, within weeks, by reducing carbohydrates. Have the Harvard experts not read the scientific literature on diabetes?
As I've reported, Harvard is conflicted by multiple financial and ideological conflicts of interest. See next post.

The sheer guilt plant-based lobbyists are successfully laying on people for eating vitally nutritious meat is so sad.
The irony is that if they look hard enough, they could actually enjoy carbon negative (ie climate positive) meat from some UK farms.
