@owletbabycare our owletcam 2 is not providing any video. Other features seem to be working such as temperature notification and I can hear sound but there's no video. Re-pairing and factory reset have not remediated the issue. Any ideas?

@cineworld, just tried to cancel my Unlimited membership using the online form. Got an email response asking me to 'reply' if I want to cancel. Attempted to reply and received a failed delivery response because the Cineworld email account is a "no-reply" address 🤦

@SheffCouncil @LouHaigh How about temporary closures of unsuitable roads during treacherous conditions? Two collisions on Kent Road, Heeley due to the snow today. Not suggesting permanent closure but something to mitigate the gradient and weather does not seem unreasonable.

@virginmedia The service updates are ambiguous at best & dates keep being put back. Totally understand there may be a catastrophic weather related fault but potentially having broadband-less customers on Christmas Day is a disappointing prospect. You should have contingency processes.

@virginmedia as a 'Volt' customer impacted by the mass outage in some areas of Sheffield, I'm starting to question if the issue will be fixed in the next couple of days. What about offering Volt customers unlimited mobile data for hotspot purposes if the outage persists?

Any ideas what's going on with the phone lines @HSBC_UK? Tried phoning the Advance and Mortgage Services numbers, both ring through and seem to pick up but the lines are completely silent. No hold music or other messages at all. Very weird.
