So previously set up a 'normal' query object for users but now want to also have an 'API' query type using same fields but it appears you cannot have both as 'is already defined'😕 Is there a workaround? Suggestions welcome :) #bcalhelp #msdyn365bc

Pleased to report that by assigning Super permission with a blank company field and reinstalling the Outlook Add-in, colleagues can now use the BC Outlook Add-in. Can remove the Super permission once installed 😊

Why can I successfully install Outlook Add-in and my colleagues can't when they have the same set up as me? Compared settings and repeatedly removed and reinstalled the Add-in. What have I missed?

@MatthewPerren1 @NotBCSupport Same permissions as mirrored my profile & set up with a colleagues. Compared browser, outlook and BC set up.
Removed Add-ins in Outlook, closed Outlook & performed Outlook Add-in in BC. Reopened Outlook.
This worked for me originally when I struggled at first to connect it.

@NotBCSupport When select BC Contact icon link from the Outlook ribbon, Sign in Now appears in panel on the right & when selected, BC panel fails to open :(

@MatthewPerren1 We export to NI & import/export to EU. Customisation used only for tweaks to sales documents. Use std functionality for reporting Vat. Use external agents for transport documentation.
