@Mrs_Right_Again @seanfeucht It is. The Biden admin simply said priority should be given to LGBTQ affirming families if a child or youth identified as LGBTQ or questioned their sexuality. It was meant to protect them from being placed with families who wouldn’t be able to support them for religious reasons.
