@PreachyPreach In fact the ones I came across are from some years ago when I was in Big4 and the registration was for non tax reasons eg reporting requirements

@PreachyPreach It does say registered in a tax haven but doesn't mention residence. Maybe the law is different in Denmark but I have come across UK resident companies registered in Jersey say. A bit pointless you might think but it does happen.

@dsquareddigest People who say debit side of the balance sheet, meaning a bad thing. Double entry bookkeeping is actually difficult to understand unless you have studied it, and even then can be bewildering but a debit on the BS is an asset.

People who think that tax departments spend all day devising schemes would be amazed at the reality.
