@MaryBowdenMD I don’t disagree. My only counterpoint is it would be nice to be able to get some food during a 12 hour shift where I barely have time to eat that isn’t trash. 🤷🏻♂️ It’s not just patients eating at the hospital

@VigilantFox I’m an ER nurse and I‘ve NEVER said that. In fact, I’ve never heard any nurse say that. What I actually do is explain to patients that we do NOT aggressively treat elevated blood pressure in the ER unless there is evidence of end organ damage. Even then we don’t go crazy. 🤦🏻♂️
