@VigilantFox I’m an ER nurse and I‘ve NEVER said that. In fact, I’ve never heard any nurse say that. What I actually do is explain to patients that we do NOT aggressively treat elevated blood pressure in the ER unless there is evidence of end organ damage. Even then we don’t go crazy. 🤦🏻‍♂️
