UPDATE: The man arrested for stabbing a 2-year-old girl and her mother in Providence RI is 46-year-old Nelson Blanco.

Nelson was arrested in 2003 for st*bbing not one, but TWO 7-year-old boys.

He was ruled "incompetent to stand trial."

The mother of the 6-year-old who shot his teacher and then told cops, "f*ck you... b*tch," blamed the incident on his ADHD.

During an interview following the shooting, the boy's mother, Deja Taylor, said he had a "disability."

"He has ADHD... he doesn't sit still ever."

In the interview, Turner also appeared to point blame at the teacher for suspending her child, claiming he "accidentally" knocked her phone out of her hand.

The teacher, Abigail Zwerner, suffered a gunshot wound to the hand and chest. She needed multiple surgeries and spent weeks in the hospital.

I'm not a doctor, but I don't think ADHD makes you shoot your teacher.
