I made a purchase today and paid by card. The self service machine said my payment failed to go through and asked me to repeat the payment. This worked but now.I see two identical payments on my bank account. please help

@HSBC_UK Mobile down again this morning. Now five days running where I either cant log in or I have to reinitialise

@HSBC_UK I have had to reactivate mobile banking on my phone every day for the last three days. What is going on ? I feel like reverting to the old secure key do ar least I can get in to online

@HSBC_UK Mobile banking unavailable after three pending txns since yesterday. Why are there problems most month ends ? Do you schedule software releases on the 21st ?
