The Center for Development of Professional Qualification of Medical Workers has been one of our best health development partners. Based on the new agreement, we could strengthen collaboration in the training of the medical professions.
#KoFIH has participated in the capacity building of the EMS professionals in Uzbekistan. We expect further collaboration to expand and consolidate the program to cover even the most remote and resource-constraint areas.
#KoFIh has long cooperated with the Research Institute of Virology, Uzbekistan. We discussed strengthening of collaboration on cervical cancer screening. Also, we had a tour of a polyclinic implementing the program.
Visited National Children's Medical Center and had a productive meeting with Dr. Mirkhamidovich, Director of the Center. Information systems and quality improvement were the main concerns.
