@T_Caveney@Carra23@LFC Main stand W was queuing past the entrance to the club shop! 🤦♂️. They need to get some signs up for the bag problem! That causes delays in the cue aswell.
@MartinSLewis they also haven’t issued a Deadlock letter to me. Their own bill doesn’t match their own half hourly data. (The bill is wrong by approx £6000 for Dec) the half hourly data is correct. They aren’t having it! 🤦♂️ they won’t give me any timescales either!
@MartinSLewis what is the difference between a complaint and a ‘dissatisfaction’ YU make it very very difficult to register a complaint. When they finally did, it wasn’t allocated to my account. Made a complaint about the complaint because nobody got back in touch. Still haven’t
