@RealCandaceO I am self reflecting, trying to determine how I missed the inauthentic, pretentious person who is Candace Owens. She truly fooled alot of people. But I guess people can only hide themselves for so long.
@TMobileBusiness We own a small business and have our company phones through T-mobile. We use them to communicate with employees as well as some personal use. Many family members work for the company, including my husband. About a week ago my husband stopped receiving my texts. He can text and call me and I can call him but I cannot text him. I have spent much time on the phone with T-mobile support and at the T-mobile store with no success in solving the problem. Yesterday I was told my phone had a block on it as it was flagged for sending SPAM. This is ridiculous unless sending texts to co-workers or family is SPAM. I was then told I need to purchase a service called "Enterprise" in order for them to "Consider" removing the block. I am to pay for something to remove a block preventing me from using the service we already pay for every month?? I was also told the account block was reviewed and found to be legit. Legit to black one person's number, a coworker?? Does this make any sense? I asked to know exactly what they are considering SPAM and they could/ would not tell me. This is insane. I am beyond irritated and DO NOT want to spend another hour on the phone with a T-mobile rep. If this happens with some employees out in the field it will be very detrimental to our business. Anyone encountered this? Any suggestions? What carriers do you use for business? I believe we have 14 phones.
