Lakers defeat Bloomington Jefferson 9-4 to advance to the section final!

Block and Olson 3 hits each. Eischens 2 hits and 3 RBI including a huge double to right to break it open. Belzer 2 hits. Olson got the win on the mound. Nelson earned the save.

Lakers defeat Waconia 7-6 in 9 innings!

Olson struck out Waconia on 3-2 with the bases loaded to end it. Block hit the winning sac fly. Daly tied it with a 2-out RBI single down to our last strike. Gunderson struck out 12 in 7 innings.

Golberg led the way with 6 shutout innings and 9 Ks. Brinkman had 3 hits. Kandi had 2 hits and 4 RBI. Belzer had 2 hits. Olson had an RBI single. Carlson had a hit and 2 runs scored. Gunderson pitched a scoreless inning. Daly caught outstanding.

JV wins 13-3. Smuhl, Theis, Schmiesing, Miller, McCoy and Evanson all had 2 hits.

10A wins 10-4. Moras 5 Ks on the mound. Flatness and Miller 2 hits.

9A loses 10-0.

The Lakers dropped a tough one to Waconia tonight 8-3.

Drew Brinkman had 2 hits including a double.

Prior Lake is now off until playoffs begin at noon on Memorial Day. Section seeding will be released late next week.

Strikeout Cancer Day!💗⚾️

The Lakers close out the regular season today at Waconia! It is strikeout cancer day with all levels playing. The first games start at 10am and capped off with the Varsity game at 7pm. Fundraisers benefitting the Angel Foundation throughout the day.

JV wins 16-2. Smuhl, Sauer, Hydeen and Sorensen each had multiple hits. Hanson picked up the win on the mound and Vannett also threw a scoreless inning.

10A wins 15-6. Literski 3 hits. Moras, Moonen, Nelson and Rolle 2 hits each.
