'Disclosure Day' breakout Courtney Grace started filming her newscaster scenes with an AD while Steven Spielberg shot scenes with the principal actors on another floor of the same building.
But as Spielberg saw Grace's performance on the monitor, he changed course.
Suddenly, she was now working with Steven Spielberg directly.
“I was just prepared to listen, to take notes and any direction to give the scene he needed. Instead, he just gave me encouragement."

When adopting a cat, please take time to meet the scared ones, the shy ones, the ones hiding in the back, with plain fur or missing eyes, the seniors with tired bodies. They haven't given up they just need you. Maybe you need them too.
Disclosure Day is great.
✅ Spielberg stil has it
✅ Blunt maybe gives career-best work
✅ Sarah Broshar, taking over for Michael Kahn, paces the heck out of it
✅ JW's score is subdued and beautiful
✅ ...and yet someone named Courtney Grace steals the whole damn thing
@Stunt_ManMik3 That’s why you should see a movie like this more than once. All the preconceived ideas you had for it are gone for the 2nd viewing and you can appreciate it for what it is.
Evening viewing recommendation? On the Criterion Channel, watch Steven Spielberg's CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND (1977). https://t.co/zfxDf7bzLT
Pure movie magic of the highest order, this beloved science-fiction landmark from Spielberg gazes, with awe-inspiring wonder, into the infinite unknown.
@BillHuntBits@thedigitalbits Same. I always said it was my 2nd favorite movie overall but it may have just moved into a tie with The Empire Strikes Back.
