@koutropoulos Skip the label (as we all can be jerks, sometimes).
Instead, name the person’s actions and connect it to a desired goal.
e.g. Replacing
“He is a jerk.”
with
“By undermining his staff, he weakens their trust in him.”
expresses substance and compassion.
@davecormier Oh. I meant something different. I was thinking that a PoA could help learners break out of their echo chambers (that may have unwittingly been perpetuated by an abundance of information alone...without critical thinking).
