@stevevance @SouthSideKyle Agree there's no place for absentee landlords - And though eminent domain seems like an extreme solution, when many depend on clear unobstructed sidewalk as a vital necessity there should be low-to-zero tolerance with much heavier fines for failure to comply with this bylaw.
