@LoneWolf1502 Many PMS officers are CSS qualified. There is not much difference in CSS and PMS exams. There are dozen of example of those who were failed in PMS and then passed CSS 😁

It is based on a agreement and that agreement is not available. While PMS is constitued under Art 240B of constitution and PMS Act 2005.

@AcimHafeez @lostguy79 Those SO posts are vacant since long means there is no need for those. And there is hell of difference in SO and field post. SO is not given vehicles, TA, residences etc. If these SO posts are not required simple abolish them.

پنجاب میں 326 ڈی ایم جی افسران کے مقابلے میں 1200+ PMS افسران خدمات انجام دے رہے ہیں، مگر اہم انتظامی عہدوں، پروموشنز، رہائش اور دیگر سہولیات میں مسلسل عدم توازن برقرار ہے۔ اگر گڈ گورننس مقصود ہے تو میرٹ، شفافیت اور مساوی نمائندگی ناگزیر ہے۔

پنجاب پروونشل مینجمنٹ سروس ایسوسی ایشن (PMSA) نے اسی سلسلے میں اپنا اہم اجلاس طلب کر لیا ہے
پی ایم ایس افسران نے مریم نواز کی ہر تحصیل میں اضافی ایڈیشنل اسسٹنٹ کمشنر لگانے کی پالیسی بھی مسترد کردی ہے

How an executive authority may create/abolish or redesignate scheduled posts of PMS/bureaucracy? Where is parliamentary authority? Where is rule of constitution?

Who will bear the cost of this new system? New vehicles for AAC, new offices, furniture & fixtures for AAC and then residences, POL & TAs for these officers? This will cost the public in billions and have no effect on good governance 🙄
