Having not been on site @UniKent for three months, the change is quite astounding on the new @KMMSmedschool. Despite COVID-19, we’ve engaged effectively as a team to continue to deliver the project with minimal programme impact, with credit to the great team @WillmottDixon.

I’ve recently collaborated with other project professionals to write an article for the @APMProjectMgmt Project magazine. Collaboration and honesty go hand in hand, so adopting an open approach within project teams when it comes to managing projects is vital. #lessonslearned

@lukebrownpm It is indeed Luke! You can opt for various grades, depending on the desired end look. They’ve gone for a residential grade, as opposed to industrial where the wood has been planed and sanded.

Wonderful to see progress on site @KMMSmedschool @UniKent. A major advantage of opting for CLT frame is the speed in which it can be erected - a positive for delivering this building for the next student cohort in 2020. Size of that crane too!! 😯 @fgouldconnect #fgouldcareers
