@Away36912 @SaraENelson It’s absurd they’re not just arrested. Even in the tri-cities the open air drug use is allowed. The Winco in Kennewick is horrible with drugs, prostitution and people selling stolen goods in broad daylight in the parking lot. I bike there everyday and just sickened…

@paul_zoell68952 @Playteaux1 Carbon capture is just that. Several reasons it’s done, they didn’t drill the hole for nothing. Engineers decide who/what/when/where. On the north slope of Alaska it is used. But, that application is primarily to boost oil production.
