If you prefer the regular gym, do this:
Squat, Press (OH & Bench), Pull (up & in) & Deadlift
Do that technically well & technically heavy
Try Olympic Weightlifting. It will keep you powerful & inspire the desire to be mobile.
Again, technically well & technically heavy
Here's what I do now bc hindsight is 20/20.
CrossFit 4-5 days per week
2500 cals / day 40% protein, let the others fall where they may
No cheat day but loose on the weekends
I think CrossFit is for everybody ... not everybody agrees, read on
NEVER STOP NEVER STOPPING
This can't be overstated. Just. Keep Going.
Consistency trumps everything.
Cliche alert: It's a journey, not a destination.
Action item: Celebrate your wins (even small ones) & keep pushing yourself to be the best version of you.

Find exercise that doesn't feel like exercise.
I love CrossFit, others prefer spin, or run club or whatever. Group tends to stick more than solo.
