@baritoneblogger I am sorry and I hear you. Seeing a lot of folx on here asking how they can help. One way is to advocate for their institutions to be less white and to hire more PoC so PoC don’t feel uncomfortable. We’re not just asking for inclusion, we want to feel belonging.
