A strong start to the Human Resource Mobility Forum 2026, with Hon’ble External Affairs Minister @drsjaishankar inspiring participants to do more to advance international mobility and reaffirming India’s commitment to forging more mobility and skills partnerships.
As countries navigate demographic transitions and evolving skill needs, these partnerships are vital to connecting talent with opportunity, addressing workforce gaps, and advancing shared prosperity.
This timely Forum explores practical pathways to strengthen skills partnerships, promote ethical recruitment, and expand safe, orderly and regular mobility channels. The country sessions will give Indian industry, skilling institutions and recruitment agencies a valuable opportunity to hear firsthand from five of India’s key partner countries about their workforce needs, skill expectations and scale of opportunities.
Pleased to address the inaugural session of the Human Resource Mobility Forum.
In an increasingly connected world, trusted mobility pathways will play a key role in sustaining growth, fostering innovation, and maintaining global productivity.
