Private Prosecutions Ireland is conducting research now across Ireland concerning potential offences committed by public officials. If you have facts within your own knowledge, please contact us. Educational resources launch September. #PrivateProsecutions#JusticeReform
Please visit https://t.co/W1Rhnrfq7e and email your local TD, urging the Government to direct the Chief State Solicitor’s Department to protect public rights and not oppose the very people it was created to serve. #FundamentalRightsMatter
Did you sue a public official (Judge, Garda, County Registrar, Court Service staff, etc.), and the Chief State Solicitor entered an appearance on their behalf?
If yes, your data was breached.
When you served the plenary summons on the public official, your personal data contained within the plenary summons was sent to the CSSO outside what the law provides because the CSSO has no authority to receive it.
This Act by the public official is a criminal offence under Section 145(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018.
I am prosecuting these complaints in September in the Criminal Courts of Justice & on conviction will seek orders of compensation under section 6 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1993.
Please send a soft copy of the Memorandum of Appearance to:
WhatsApp: 085 205 0563
Email: [email protected]
Research continues until August.

Asserting Your Constitutional Rights in the Four Courts
From October, I will be working full-time in the Four Courts as a Justice Facilitator, helping you exercise your fundamental rights whenever a State employee has acted outside the law.
Your constitutional protections are enshrined in the highest law of the land. Article 40 safeguards your personal rights and liberty. Article 41 protects the family. Article 42 guarantees your right and duty to educate your child. Article 42A strengthens the rights and best interests of the child. Article 43 secures your right to private property within the principles of social justice. Article 44 ensures your freedom of conscience and religion.
If you believe any of these rights have been infringed, please email me a detailed statement at [email protected]. Set out what happened, the individuals involved, the dates, and any supporting documents. I will then examine your statement and identify what criminal statutes in the Acts of the Oireachtas, and any statutory instruments, may have been violated.
We will then meet in the Four Courts to facilitate your access to justice. The responsible State employee will be ordered before the Court and, where appropriate, a jury will be convened to hear the evidence. That is expeditious justice, and that is your constitutional right.

We declare the right of the People of Ireland to the ownership of Ireland & to the unfettered control of Irish destinies to be sovereign and indefeasible. The long usurpation of that right by a foreign people in government has not extinguished the right!

This Thursday, 10 a.m., Four Courts.
Time to stand up and exercise our constitutional rights. The Constitution belongs to the people. The courts are public, justice must be demanded, and no one is above the law. Our rights only live when we use them.

State employees must answer for their actions. We have the law, the Constitution, and public courts open to us. Liberty is defended only when we use it. There is no excuse. Stand up, speak truth, and hold them accountable for Ireland and for justice.

I’m prosecuting one of Ireland’s largest solicitor firms for a criminal act in the High Court. The papers won’t report it. As a citizen, I will hold them accountable. Never fear exercising your rights—that is the true strength of the citizen.

A NOTE REGARDING OUR PRE RECORDED INTERVIEW (AND EDITED OMISSIONS):
This morning we were interviewed by Niall Delaney at Ocean Fm. This interview was offered to us after Mr Meryl McGowan defamed us with incendiary and inflammatory false allegations on the same radio show. Some of these assertions are possibly criminal in nature (incitement to violence/ a violation under non fatal offences against the person act).
While we are happy to have been given the rightful opportunity to refute these allegations, it is important to note Ocean FM did omit some statements we made which point to the fact that there is a criminal element to what has been perpetrated by those who have targeted us. We were also not afforded a live interview (Mr McGowan had a live unedited interview).
1. They removed our accurate assertion (which is proven by media reports that we provided to Ocean FM) that Ms Leah Doherty (whom we did not name during the interview) is convicted of assaulting two men. Ms Doherty is one of the ring leaders of the group who have gang-stalked us and cancelled our original festival. In the previous interview with Mr McGowan we were easily identified (as names associated with #MiseÉireFest could be found online) but Ms Doherty would not have been identifiable whatsoever if our assertion had been included in the interview.
2. They omitted the assertion that the chairman of the Mayflower (original venue) was depicted in an illustration with a hand-grenade in his mouth and bombs strapped to his person (we provided the image to the radio station).
3. They omitted the assertion that the Gardaí have sent a file to the Department of Public Prosecutions in relation to the same people shutting down other legal events (events unrelated to Mise Éire and unrelated to us and The Irish Inquiry). This was perhaps omitted as it is a pending legal matter.
We did record the interview ourselves. If anyone would like to hear the full unedited version, please comment below.
Link to media report regarding Ms Doherty's convictions.

The High Court hears all cases where our government violates our Family, Children, Education, Property & Religious Rights. Protect & vindicate your Rights. Four Courts = Justice. Call 085 205 0563. #Justice#HumanRights#Ireland#KnowYourRights

We are being governed by individuals who no longer represent the will, values, or interests of the Irish people. Their priorities are not national development — politically, economically, or culturally — but the consolidation of control and submission to foreign influence, at the direct expense of our sovereignty.
This government is using taxpayers’ money to actively undermine the very citizens it claims to serve. Those who speak out or stand their ground are targeted, silenced, or pushed aside — with the full support of a civil service that shows open contempt for Irish identity, tradition, and self-determination. Most egregiously, public funds are being funnelled through the Chief State Solicitor’s Office to defend clear and documented violations of fundamental rights.
Enough is enough. We are not a people to be ruled by cowards or traitors. It is time to initiate legal proceedings against those responsible and to hold each of them personally and publicly accountable — not only for their policies, but for their betrayal of the Constitution and their abuse of the Irish people’s trust.
We have the RIGHT under Article 34 to engage directly with our High Court—no intermediaries, no fees, just you and justice; empower yourself: walk into court and be heard!

#DirectAccess#JusticeForAll
Starting tomorrow, every Thursday, I’ll be at Mullingar District Court purging criminal behaviour by Garda members. They’ve NO AUTHORITY to engage with you in court (e.g., asking your name, business, or phone use). If their actions feel threatening, abusive, or insulting, it’s a crime under Public Order Act 1994, S.6 (£500 fine/3mo jail). Only the judge & Courts Service staff can direct you. Using your phone isn’t a crime! I’m handing out flyers to empower you to complain to the judge under Courts of Justice Act 1924, S.77 & Petty Sessions Act 1851, S.10, requesting a summons. If the judge fails to act, escalate to High Court via judicial review (Rules of Superior Courts, Order 84, R.18). Join me to stop this misconduct affecting all court users! #JusticeForAll
Today, at 2:00 PM in Court 2 of the Four Courts, Dublin, I will challenge the Government, the Attorney General, and the Department of Justice in their unconstitutional attempt to impose a fee on invoking Article 40.4.1° of Bunreacht na hÉireann. This provision guarantees that no Irish citizen shall be deprived of their personal liberty save in accordance with law, a fundamental right exclusive to citizens. By attaching a financial barrier to accessing this constitutional protection, the State is directly undermining the sacred right of Irish citizens to safeguard their personal liberty through our publicly funded courts. This fee represents an outright attack on the rule of law and the principle that justice must be accessible to all citizens without cost barriers. Join me in defending our Constitution and the liberty it enshrines.
