Mr. President, this is an urgent and immediate call for your attention, support, and action. Last night you saw the millions of brave Iranians in the streets facing down live bullets. Today, they are facing not just bullets but a total communications blackout. No Internet. No landlines.

Ali Khamenei, fearing the end of his criminal regime at the hands of the people and with the help of your powerful promise to support the protesters, has threatened the people on the streets with a brutal crack down. And he wants to use this blackout to murder these young heroes.

I have called the people to the streets to fight for their freedom and to overwhelm the security forces with sheer numbers. Last night they did that. Your threat to this criminal regime has also kept the regime’s thugs at bay. But time is of the essence. The people will be on the streets again in an hour. I am asking you to help.

#HR392 causes people from certain countries, especially the ones affected by #MuslimBan not be able to see their families for another 7-10 years, as applying for visa for them is not an option. #NoHR392 as it will cause #familySeperation & it kills #Diversity in the workforce.

@ShadesOfBlueAn1 I think we all are aiming for fairness. I would vote for HR392 if everything is fair. either all other countries be banned just like muslim ban or there is a way we can see our families while waiting for green card. I have not seen my parents for 6 years. HR392 adds another 10.

This is exactly what would happen if #HR392 passes. To keep #diversity in the U.S we need rules to encourage immigration of people from underrepresented countries, not to completely stop it. HR392 kills diversity.

#HR392 gives all the GC opportunities to a single nation that has more population (India). Equality does not mean fairness. The current system provides diversity. Consider a situation when 90 percent of your coworkers are from a single nation! (No diversity)
