@ANI MC since last 50 years muslim gangs were controlling mumbai through underworld and your father and salman etc were its beneficiary and now u remember public safety bullshit
1.47 billion dots mapped across India - one for every person.
Visualized in a browser on a laptop with @maplibre + PMTiles, built with freestiler.
I developed freestiler earlier this year to make massive interactive mapping workflows more accessible.
Until recently, I hadn't been able to push it above 1 billion points.
The latest batch of optimizations - coming soon to the package - make these sorts of workflows possible.
In this workflow, freestiler streams in data from a parquet file, keeps memory in check by partitioning the data, and tiles in parallel with Rust.
This tiling session took about 21 minutes on my MacBook with a peak memory usage under 9 GB. I'm working on making this even faster.
The map here shows 1 dot for every person in India when fully zoomed in, derived from WorldPop 2026 population projections at 100m grid cells (modeled data, which is why you see uniform densities in large cities). Dots are placed randomly within those cells.
I'll write up an article showing you how to do this soon.
This CIA document also said that some ancient civilizations of high attainment knew about it. And Mc Donnell quotes an ancient Hindu Sutra in point 34 of the report.
I mentioned it in my book "Why Hindu Dharma is under attack..."
Btw the document was WRITTEN in 1983 and declassified in 2003.
In 1983, "Indian wisdom" was still appreciated.
Later it was ignored and now it's even demeaned.
Why? Why is Hinduism under attack?

u can read this 250 page report by ministry of power where they have listed down AT&C losses of each discom
@kanal_ko@Rohan35278387@somnath1978 as per official reports almost 6% of revenue is lost by power distribution companies due to electricity theft in India. i see only about 1% of customers complaining so its very likely these would be part of those 6% population doing bijli chori
@kanal_ko@Rohan35278387@somnath1978 more likely scenario is smart meter is measuring correct numbers of unit consumed as is digitally recorded. whereas earlier your units were under reported due to doing bijli chori or setting with electricity department guy who comes and check reading manually.
To be alive in India:
1) Even if you aren’t wrong, say sorry and move on. Don’t get into arguments on the road with anyone. Control your anger and move on. Nothing is worth risking your life over.
2) Live in a good gated community that matches your social wavelength. Not saying this because I’m in this business. It genuinely saves you from a lot of unnecessary problems.
3) Buy a car as soon as you can. Even if you’re a safe two wheeler rider, Indian roads can disappoint you and sometimes, the consequences can cost your family a lot.
4) Don’t drive fast just because the road is empty. You can control your driving. You can’t control the idiot coming from the opposite direction.
5) Don’t pick fights with strangers. You have no idea who they are, what they are capable of, or what they are carrying. Walk away.
6)If you’re travelling late at night, use the safest option available. Saving ₹500 is not worth putting yourself in a situation you can’t control. Skip night drives > 30 km post 11 PM as much as possible.
7)Avoid roadside food as much as possible. It may look tempting and harmless, but hygiene, water quality, oil quality and food storage are things you simply cannot control.
Initially reported as an accident, CCTV revealed a fatal assault after he objected to men urinating in public. Culprits must face murder charges. But there’s a larger issue too, India’s lack of accessible public toilets, an urban sanitation crisis compounded by weak civic enforcement
