Dowoon is the heartbeat of DAY6, no doubt. 💓 Was lucky last year to watch them play Best Part in person, a favorite of mine and hope to one day get another chance to watch Dowoon and his bandmates perform live in concert.

Drummers are truly the heartbeat of a band. 🥁💗There are nuances that need to be considered when playing the drums. Good drummer = good band. And Dowoon is more than good, he’s excellent. Why his bandmates hold him in high regard.

I just realized again how hard it is to be a drummer 😭 the tempo/pace of the song depends on you and then there are songs you have to maintain a certain amount of power. almost all day6 songs are upbeat, so you can't lack power.
