@dish I sent my husband’s Death Certificate as part of the cancellation process (to weive the $240 early cancellation fee). As of 7/25/25 the balance was $222.87; never received a final bill reflecting the $240 waived fee. Now, InDepted collections is charging me $277.62 LOL

@AFGENational Not good enough to just send a letter. All 25k employees should be reinstated. That is the right thing to do to all the individual/families that were affected by such an inhumane action (the loss of an income).
