Something is terribly wrong with @APPOLICE100 . Last month there was a criminal case on two DGP rank officers. Now not less than
16 #IPS officers have been made to wait for regular posting for so many days!

And now this memo of DGP further rubs salt on the wounds. It says these sixteen cops should be confined to a ‘waiting room’ from morning to evening and above all, they should also sign before they leave this ‘waiting room’. Vendetta and nonsense of highest order!!!

What do these sixteen(16) do while they wait in a room? Wait for the call to attend any urgent work? Or gossip? Or meditate?? Or cry over each other’s shoulders??? Or become Guinea pigs in a #Stanford style experiment in psychology?

Even if these sixteen are given posting at a later date , they will anyway claim the salary for compulsory wait in this ‘gas chamber’ called waiting room!

In that case why doesn’t the government give them posting and extract some meaningful work from them?

Is it not sheer waste of public money to keep senior police officers waiting in a room when they are supposed, capable, and willing to work for people?

This is no less than locking senior officers in a concentration camp aka waiting room to appease those who are in power.

Never heard of such ruthless ragging in undivided AP and Telangana. We never did this to even home guards in our service. But things have changed dramatically. Arc of injustice is bending towards those who are voiceless. This is unfortunate.

@cmdbpcl It’s true that By stopping the dealers margin for last 7 years this profit is achieved by OMCs. Has the ministry or OMCs or GOI imposed such moratorium on salaries& perks of all their employees.??if such a moratorium had been there the profits of OMCs would have doubled.😝😝
