I'm starting a new airline. Just Indian pilots and Israeli passengers. Safest airline in the world.

[Prime Minister of Israel @IsraeliPM]

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu:

My salute to the Indian pilot Captain Smit Machchhar for his extraordinary bravery.

Despite being stabbed and seriously injured, he fought back, resisted, opened the cockpit door, and enabled passengers and crew to overpower the attacker — preventing a catastrophic mid-air disaster.

He saved the lives of 174 people, including Israeli citizens and other nationals.

I wish Captain Machchhar a speedy and full recovery.
He is a true hero.

The new Indian Icon. A fearless hero !

[Narendra Modi @narendramodi]

Captain Smit Machchhar has shown the world the highest form of courage.

Without fearing for his own life, he fought valiantly and prevented another 9/11 like attack from happening.

140 crore Indians salute Captain Smit and are praying for his well-being.

Hearing a lot about the film 'Hanuman Ansh' and its soulful Bhajans are playing on loop on my phone.

This is the power of genuine storytelling of India's spiritual miracles, of the faith of people and Bharat's eternal Sanatãn Sanskriti that captivates all and illuminates the path of every seeker.

My kudos to Shobinaw Satyaa on beautifully bringing out Neem Karoli Baba's role in the film and to @filmervishal for attempting to make this outstanding piece of cinema, rooted in our culture and beliefs.

May this tribe grow.

Even a 30 trillion dollars economy has millions of people living in poverty, so what exactly is your point?

India has 1.4 billion people. We can’t lift everyone out of poverty overnight. It will take time, especially after Congress ruled and looted this nation for 70+ years
