Someday you're going to stand before Jesus, and He's not going to ask you who won the midterms or whether you had the right opinion about every political battle. The question is much more personal: What did you do with what I gave you?

God has given you gifts, talents, opportunities, and an assignment that is uniquely yours. I believe one of the great challenges of the Christian life is discovering that assignment and then having the courage to actually live it. Stop measuring your life against somebody else's blueprint. Find out what the Father is calling you to do, steward what He's put in your hands, and finish the assignment He gave you.

Bro, let me flip that question so hard it lands in another zip code.

I believe eternity is real. I believe Jesus is the only way. If I believed that and stayed SILENT toward 1.9 billion people… THAT would be hate. Polite, comfortable, smiling hate.

Conversion by persuasion is the highest form of respect. It says: you are intelligent enough to weigh evidence, free enough to choose, and valuable enough for me to risk the awkwardness.

Indifference dresses up as tolerance.

The true believers are needed in this hour.

@farmingandJesus Says who? Definitely not the scriptures. Those gifts of the offices in Ephesians were given to help bring the church to maturity and full conformity to Christ and God is still using them.

Nothing compares to the gathered church. Genuine worship, fivefold ministry anointing, the people of God in one room with an uninhibited focus on exalting Him. That is irreplaceable and God has always had it.

But here is the problem. We have treated it like a huddle. You break the huddle, have lunch, and then Monday starts the six day slog back through the world system with no connection between what happened at the altar and what you are doing at the police department, in the school system, in the boardroom.

God's design was never Sunday in a vacuum. He wants what happens in worship and intercession to establish a seat of authority at the top of whatever mountain you are called to. You start in the realm of the altar and gradually God promotes you to the point of proximity where you are either influencing who is in the seat or you are taking the seat yourself.

That is not a new idea. That is the biblical pattern. It always was.
